Have you started tummy time yet? Tummy time is a big party of your little one physical and mental development helping them to convert from a stationary world to one on the move. With regular practice lifting his head up unassisted, bub is exercising his core strength and improving his motor skills. As he begins to look around in this position he also improves his visual and sensory skills.
Babies cry for a multitude of reasons and sometimes it can be hard to know why, particularly when they just won’t stop. When you don’t know how to help them, it can become both frustrating and saddening for you, feeling incapable and helpless yourself.
By spending some time learning the different reasons bub cries for and ways to remedy their needs, you can take the pressure off yourself removing some of the guess work involved in what to do. When we understand why bub is crying we can be better prepared to help them through.
Here at Mizzie, we know how hard it is to sometimes prepare for a trip out, let alone even making it out of the house and back without any dramas. Any trip, no matter how big can be made stress free with a little preparation.
